Full Wedding Planning, $3,499.00


The perfect package for those who prefer to have guidance and support throughout the entire planning process. This service is ideal for the busy professional or for the couple who would like all of the stress taken off of their shoulders. Hiring us for full-service planning and design means you get a fun and friendly professional team that plans, designs, styles, and coordinates EVERYTHING with you from beginning to end! This package includes full design services, all vendor search, acquisition and management as well as complete budget analysis/guidance/tracking and assistance with appointments/reminders and hitting those planning benchmarks!

  • Planning starting from engagement to the wedding date.

  • A customized planning timeline to keep us all in check.

  • Scheduled bi-weekly or monthly phone/email check-ins.

  • In-person or zoom meetings 90, 60 and 14 days prior to wedding.

  • Budget analysis/guidance/tracking with reminders.

  • All vendor search, acquisition and management.

  • Venue walk through and rehearsal coordination.

  • Full event design consultation and plan to execute. Design may include vendor sourcing, booking, mock-ups, a detailed mood board and day-of execution and styling.

  • Full floor plan development for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

  • Appointment scheduling/management.

  • Wedding Timeline creation/management and distribution for family members, bridal party attendants and vendors.

  • ​​Optional attendance at meetings with vendors such as: florist, DJ, venue, dress fitting, etc.

  • Full access to our coordination software that includes a customized “client lounge” which holds all the juicy details about your wedding or event! (Vendor files, Calendar, Checklists, Timelines, etc).

  • Up to two hours of rehearsal coverage.

  • Rehearsal assistance includes but is not limited to the processional practice and ceremony run through.

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination.

  • Access to Honey’s Wedding Day/Event Survival Kit.

  • Point person for communication between vendors, venue and couple.

  • Point person for wedding guests.

  • Set up AND tear down team for personal décor, name cards, stationary, favors and assistance for caterers and florists as needed.

  • Organization and execution of the processional, recessional and grand march.

  • Assistance with organization of speeches, toasts and special additions.

  • Distribution of final payments and optional tips to vendors, if desired.

  • Delivery of gifts and cards to a designated location or coordination of who will take gifts with them at the end of the night.

  • Final walk through of the venue at the end of the night.

  • Most importantly, be of assistance to the couple throughout the day.

Partial Wedding Planning, $2,199.00

You've chosen your dream venue and have booked most of your vendors, but you're struggling to bring all of the details together and may want an extra set of eyes on the planning process. This package is perfect if you desire to have a large part in planning your wedding but need help managing the fine details, the logistics of the day and bringing your vision together. This package offers design guidance with the option to upgrade to full design services.

  • A customized planning timeline to keep us all in check.

  • Scheduled monthly phone and/or email check-ins.

  • In person or zoom meetings 60 and 14 days prior to wedding.

  • Budget analysis/guidance/tracking with reminders.

  • Venue walk through and rehearsal coordination.

  • Design guidance/assistance based upon the clients needs. Client may upgrade to a full design option if desired.

  • Floor plan assistance for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

  • Wedding Timeline creation/management and distribution for family members, bridal party and attendants at rehearsal.

  • Up to two hours of rehearsal coverage.

  • Rehearsal assistance, including but not limited to processional practice and ceremony run through.
