This service allows for you, your family and loved ones an opportunity to just enjoy the day and not have to worry about all of the details. • Initial consultation meeting.

• Full access to our coordination software that includes a customized “client lounge” which holds all the juicy details about your wedding or event! (Vendor files, Calendar, Checklists, Timelines, etc).

• A beautifully customized wedding website!

• Planning meeting (Generally 8-12 weeks out from the event).

• Zoom/Phone check-ins 30, 14 and 7 days out from the wedding or event.

• Up to 2 hours Wedding Rehearsal coordination.

• Up to 12 hours of Wedding Day or Event coordination.

• Access to Honey’s Wedding Day/Event Survival Kit.

• Set up of personal décor, name cards, stationary, favors and assistance for caterers and florists as needed.

• Tear down for personal décor & coordination of final walk through of venue at the end of the night.

• Management & Creation of timeline to include the ceremony/processional/recessional and grand march.

• Point person for communication between vendors, venue and couple.

• Point person for wedding or event guests.

• Coordination of the delivery of gifts and cards to a designated location at the end of the evening.

• Most importantly, be of assistance to the couple or individual throughout the day.
